Would it be awkward if I bought flowers and a small gift for my son to give his mom on mother’s day if me and his mom are not together?

Absolutely not! As a boy who's parents are divorced, I can give you my honest advice. A father who will buy his boy flowers for a woman who he isn't even married to anymore is not only a great father, but also a respectable one. You should feel no shame in helping your boy out, especially if he can't get flowers for himself.

  • No, that would be very nice. But, perhaps ask him if it's a good idea so that way he can say it was his idea!

  • Not unless your kid has a job and makes his own money. If he is a adult or over 18 or so tell him its only a loan.

If he is a little one go ahead... Its not his fault you and his mom had problems so dont make things harder for him by seeing that you just dont care anything at ALL AS YOU ONCE DID OR YOU WOULDN'T HAVE A KID..
