I want to talk to my therapist (who’s also a woman) about girl stuff like intimidation of the opposite sex etc. but I’m too embarassed.?

Is this stuff more common than I think

  • i understand the embarrassment, but she’s used to it. it’s what she’s paid to do, she’s trained for it :)

  • Instead of saying it out loud, write it down for your therapist to read. That should make it much more easier for you. (or, ask your therapist this question. Tell her you want to talk about certain stuff but youre embarrassed. Ask her for suggestions on how to make it easier to talk).

  • Get over it therapist done those things for years and have heard it all your situation isn’t special
