Why is it that when you buy a nicer used car that you are always forced to buy the extended warranty from the Finance manager?

  • Depending on financing- about only thing that might be 'forced' to buy is dealerships GAP insurance. You wasted 5 hours? No, you wasted 4 hours, 50 minutes. 10 minutes dickering, options offered, some pressure- 10 minutes of maybe couple NOs- then you walk out. You own ignorance , poor credit, your fault for not saying NO and mean it- unless leg shackles so you couldn't walk out. Any body over 21 or 18 in many states can try to buy car, make contract or reject offer. SO, are you a 12 year old wannabee GTA player using mothers laptop ? Or a complete or near complete mental defective? Just asking- underage would be curable with time, complete idiot would need counselor, someone with POA ,

  • Why do you think you are forced to accept the extended warranty? You are not. He might be very persuasive but unless you a total wimp, you can refuse.

  • Because you're dumb enough to buy it instead of just saying NO!
That's how sales people pad their commission checks and you fell for it every time?!
