Is this take off or landing ?

  • Best Answer

One: you don't do crosswind landings that way: your approach would be in side-slip or "crab approach" (rudder to the right or left - depends on the wind)

Two: Your wings would be "against the wind" (depends on the wind)Three: your flaps would be full down (unless you LOVE flapless landings, like me!)

Four: not sure of the picture, but the runway SEEMS to be BEHIND de piano keys!  So... must be a take off!

In short: a Photoshop image made up by someone who NEVER flew a plane!

  • Neither. It's flying the wrong way, if it's flying. Those are landing stripes under it and the runway is behind it.

  • I see no flaps. It's in trouble however you look at it.

  • This is what they call, "Flying by the seat of your pants" flying. Any landing that you walk away from, alive, is a good landing.

  • Neither.  It's a computer generated simulation. NOT a photo of a REAL airplane.

  • Definitely PS faked, the rudder should be swung out to compensate for the cross wind.

  • Neither. It's photoshop. Flaps are not deployed in either TO or landing configurations.
