Getting the larger bike threw corners will take greater skills and precision than the 600's.  The increased power will rapidly seduce you.

You can gain an additional 9% of that seduction by the more powerful 2020 R1 with  streamlining reduced e factors allowing rapid extremes.

live a long full life, do so on a track where error of precision has SOME built in forgiveness.

  • Do you plan to DEAD LIFT IT?   Then the weight is not a concern.  You develop the muscles as you ride.  Check them all out.  Including Kawasaki.  Find the one that 'feels right between your legs"

.  It is no different than buying a pair of shoes.  Only you know what feels good. Phuck the name brand.

  • You wont know until you Try one  Go to dealer,  Sit on it, Fonz. If both feet sit flat on floor, UR Ok. You can then handle any weight of bike. Gold Wings weigh 800 lbs,  But,  the weight is deliberately low.

  • Why would the weight bother you? Will you be lifting it or riding it?
