A girl I don’t like asked if I will be her valentine. How do I politely decline?

A girl that I’m not into and clearly is into me just asked if I would be her valentine via text. Valentine’s Day this year is nearly over and she asked if I would be her valentine. How do I politely decline her! I don’t want to make her cry or anything but what do I do?

  • Just say "No thank you." If she presses the issue then you say you're not looking for a relationship at this time. Even if it's a lie you say it anyways so her feelings don't get hurt. And don't lead her on that there could be a chance down the road.

  • Tell her "okay--but just for today".. then no harm done.

  • Tell her sure - you already have about two dozen valentines and you never refuse anyone.
