  • Could i be pregnant?

i was giving my boyfriend a b*** j**. he touched his penis to help and immediately after, fingered me with the same hand. He did not finish at all, and he said he didn’t precum (he says he only precums right before he finishes). i was wearing pants and underwear so i would think if there was any precum on his hand it would have gotten wiped off in the process of getting under there.  I took plan B about 10 hours after this happened because i was freaked out.  i have a super irregular period, and the day this happened, i was already 10 days late (no possibility of pregnancy before this though). I am worried because this was almost a week ago, i am now 16 days late (this DOES happen sometimes for me normally though, but not all the time).  this situation happed 6 days ago. i’m so worried. i’m having cramps, nausea, and i bled a very small amount but it wasn’t my period. Am i pregnant?

  • How can I get my baby to sleep through the night?!?!?!?

My 10 month old baby will NOT sleep through the night. I put him down in his crib at 1:30am and then he usually wakes up at 5 or 6am and then wakes up at 9am and then sometimes sleeps a little longer until he wakes up at around 11am. He’s been like that ever since he was a few months old. He sometimes sleeps through the night but he only does that once in a while. When he cries at 5am, I put him in bed with me because that’s the only way he’ll fall asleep again. I’m so overtired and stressed because I never get much sleep. I don’t have anyone to help me so it’s just me. How can I get him to sleep through the night?

  • My son got pushed on the bus ?

Best answer: I would talk about how he feels about the incident. Then it is a good point to talk to him about the importance of mutual respect and how one should outwardly express their feelings and what he should do if ever in a similar situation. I think this is a good learning opportunity for him :)

  • How to refuse ultrasounds?

So before I get started I need to preface that I have gotten several ultrasounds already including my 22 week Anatomy scan which was normal and everything looked great with the baby including position and size as well as development. Since I went into my doctor's office before they had ever done an ultrasound on me at 8 weeks they told me they wanted me to get an ultrasound every 4 weeks after 16 weeks because my BMI was 30. They said that the concern was that the baby would be too large and they needed to track monthly the growth of the baby. Since then I have actually lost 20 lb and only gained back 10 and I'm now 26 weeks. I managed to skate by without them realizing I hadn't gone until my last appointment when she said she still needed to see this extra ultrasounds even though everything was fine with my anatomy scan as far as the size goes. I would have to not only pay out of pocket $120 per ultrasound but I would also have to take off work for each of them because I work in a school from 7 to 3 and the last appointment available where I need to go for this ultrasound is 3 so unless I could teleport there I wouldn't be able to go. I feel like with the fact that I don't have any other underlying issues like diabetes gestational diabetes or preeclampsia I don't need these extra ultrasounds. But how do I refuse my doctor further going on from this point?

  • I’m 13 and i stupidly tried stuff with my boyfriend and i’m scared if i’m gonna get pregnant. i can’t buy birth control so what should i do?

Best answer: If you had sexual intercourse without protection, then you're running the risk of pregnancy. The smartest thing to do would be to tell your boyfriend that you don't want to have sex again because you don't want to get pregnant. Option #2 would be to insist that he wear a condom every.single.time his penis gets near your vagina. If he isn't willing to do that, then he is choosing his pleasure over your safety. And who needs a boyfriend like that? No guy is worth the risk of pregnancy, disappointing your parents, ruining your life, having to choose between abortion or giving up the baby or keeping it and raising it alone (and all the guilt you will feel about those choices, no matter which one you make). Sex at thirteen is a HUGE mistake. You need to back away from this guy and from sex until you are more mature and closer to being able to support yourself (like 17 or 18).

  • My parents refuse to talk about animals, especially the ones we adopted?

In late 2012, my parents decided to move from our house to a city appartment. We had two cats. Because the city appartment didn't allow pets, our cats were rehomed. I was opposed to the rehoming right from the beginning. Unfortunately, because I couldn't live independently and ake the cats under my wing, I allowed it to happen as I still lived with the parents. Up to this day, I still completely regret the decision and can never forgive myself for allowing to happen. My parents have turned bitter now and refuse to talk about animals, period - not even our own. If animals are bought up, it's met with sharp snarls and rebukes.  Mum said that life changes all the time but I still believe the rehoming was unneccessary and so cruel. Plus we had been very unhappy moving into a city appartment - it turned out to be a bad gamble.

  • Another mother in law question?

Best answer: Yes, he needs to speak to his mother and tell her to respect you and respect how you will raise your children. My mother, sister, aunt, and cousin never agreed with me breastfeeding. They told me flat out they thought it was gross and that hurt me a lot. Mothers already deal with a lot of stress and self-doubt. The last thing they need is for people to make rude comments. Be thankful your husband is willing to stand up for you as I have friends who have to stand up for themselves to their mother inlaws.

As for what you say, you say nothing to her when he speaks to her. This is between him and his mother.

  • Am a bad person for giving my child up?

My daughter is six months old and was recently diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. I was a struggling single parent already and when the medical expenses were starting to pile up, I realized I'm just not financial stable enough to provide her with basic necessities and keep up with the cost of her treatments.  The fact that she's not with me anymore is killing me, but to make matters worse my family believes I abandoned her just so I could avoid the responsibility that being a mom brought on. I love my kid, but I'm a college student who doesn't have the time or money to take care of a sick kid. I love my daughter, I really do, but I just wanted her to receive the best care and support possible and I just don't think that'd be with me. I'm beginning to second guess myself because of all of the negative reaction that came from my decision to let another family adopt her. I know this probably isn't the best place for parenting advice, but I really just need a non-biased, honest answer. Am I wrong for putting my 6 month old up for adoption?

  • Does the rod implant and the condom stop unwanted Pregnancy and stop sexual transmitted diseases while having safe sex?

Best answer: The implant, the birth control pill, the shot, or an IUD all prevent an unwanted pregnancy, but they will not prevent STD's. Condoms help prevent pregnancy and prevent the spread of an ST D.
